ART & EDITIONS

- For inquiries about available artwork, commissions or to receive online show previews, please get in touch.
- All drawings are personally framed by the artist. Most frames are antique.

PAYMENT

The Handiedan store uses Stripe and Paypal as the main payment option.
- Please get in touch if you wish to pay via bank transfer or IDEAL (alleen Nederland).
- Please get in touch if you wish to pay with Crypto.

EDITIONED RELEASES

- Handiedan sends out an email announcement when a new print goes live at www.handiedan.com/amelie. If you would like to receive these emails, please join the mailing list.
- In case of a refund: You may have been refunded because the print was oversold, or because you did not follow the store policies Handiedan will notify you if you have been refunded, and process your refund ASAP.
- Handiedan reserves the right, at any time after receipt of your order, to accept or decline your order for any reason. Handiedan may need to verify any information you provide before accept an order.

SHIPPING

- Your order will be shipped to the address you have entered in your Bigcartel profile. Handiedan can only ship to the address in your Bigcartel profile when your order was processed.
- In case of an address failure and a return to sender, new shipping costs will be charged.
- Most orders will be shipped out within a few days after receiving the order.
- Shipping times may vary depending on your shipping address.
- Allow 2 - 3 weeks for shipments.

RETURNS

- In the unlikely event the print arrives damaged or get lost, please report it within 48 hours. All returns will be handled on a case by case basis.
